Refunds and Returns Policy
At Paris 2 Dubai, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality fragrances and impeccable service. While we do not offer refunds, we are happy to assist with exchanges under the conditions outlined below.
1. Exchange Policy
We offer an exchange on our products, provided that the following conditions are met:
- The exchange must be requested within 7 days of the purchase date.
- The product must be in its original condition, as sold to you, with all packaging intact.
- The seal/cellophane wrap must remain unopened and unaltered.
- A valid invoice must be presented at the time of the exchange.
2. Damaged or Defective Products (Courier Customers)
If your product is damaged or defective upon delivery, please follow these steps:
- Inspect your parcel immediately upon receipt.
- Report any damage or defects by emailing us at info@paris2dubai.com within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- If the product is confirmed to be damaged or defective upon inspection, a replacement will be authorised.
- You must return the product within 7 days of delivery.
3. Exchange Process
- All returns for exchange must be well-packed and protected to avoid damage in transit. Any product received in a damaged condition will not be eligible for an exchange.
- The customer is responsible for shipping costs related to the exchange, including return shipping and the cost to resend the product.
- A copy of the original invoice must be included with the returned product for the exchange to be processed.
4. Important Notes
- No exchanges will be allowed on specific product sizes (if applicable).
- Paris 2 Dubai cannot offer any guarantee on the product once it has been purchased and taken home. We are not liable for any physical damage that occurs after purchase.
- Paris 2 Dubai reserves the right to refuse an exchange if any of the above conditions are not met. We will use our discretion to approve or decline an exchange request.
