4. Shipping and Delivery

5. Returns and Refunds

Paris 2 Dubai strives to provide exceptional service and products to our customers. While we do not offer refunds, we are happy to exchange your perfume under the following conditions:

• The exchange request must be made within 7 days of purchase.
• The product must be in its original condition, as sold to you, with the seal/cellophane wrap intact and unopened.
• The original invoice must be presented at the time of the exchange.

For courier customers:

• Please inspect your parcel upon receipt. If the goods are damaged on delivery, please email us at info@paris2dubai.com within 24 hours of receiving the goods. If the product is found to be damaged or defective after inspection, a replacement will be authorised.
• The product must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• All returns must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Any perfumes received in a damaged condition will not be accepted for an exchange.
• The courier charges for returning and re-sending the product will be borne by the customer.
• A copy of the invoice must be included with the returned product.

Please note:

• Paris 2 Dubai will not be responsible for any damage caused after the product has been purchased.
• Paris 2 Dubai reserves the right to refuse an exchange if these conditions are not met and will exercise its discretion in approving exchanges.
